"Fitness"
Good health is very important for us. People are doing something for maintain their fitness. For example, running, playing outdoor games, yoga, and they used to eat healthy foods. It is well said that " health is wealth ".
When our health is good then we can do anything. We can thinking better, it can change behavior, good income and good relationship. The another following quote is that " when wealth is lost something is lost when health is lost every thing is lost ".
We can lost both money as well as health. So, people have to do something for fitness. They have to do daily exercise and eat hygienic food that could be improve immune system of the body.
If I talk about me, when I studied at college then for job I always ate outside food. I like fast food because the test of these types of foods are very delicious and could fill my stomach.
I ate these foods like Dabeli, vadapav, golgappa and puff. These are all indian well known snakes dishes. I ate those fast food every day with my friend and some time we were planning to eat at hotel during weekend times.
One day I was seak very badly for long time . After that I realised that it happened because of unhealthy foods. I lost both health and wealth. Then I ate every day healthy food that made by my mother and did some exercise.
Today I am fit and fine and energetic. Now it helping me to increase my productivity.
